Good drive up but raining so dirty van day (again). Raining on arrival so a lazy afternoon.

Into town cycling a 15 mins. cycle a good walkabout in the park as there were 30 Organs on display lovely. Also a regatta on with a race every 3 mins will be back this afternoon!
A walkabout in the town but left some streets for tomorrow as we will be on the bus due to rain promised.
3 May 2023 Ludlow
Coffee in Warwick before leaving for Ludlow held up in Roadworks for 15 mins.
Arrived on a lovely 5 star independent site great facilities and grounds if you damage the grass on the pitch edges you will be fined £25.00 pounds (FAB) more sites should do this.
Cycle into town to see how far it is for walking wow its on top of a hill hence the castle.
Lovely buildings .

Cycle into town had a look round the church St Laurence Ludlow wow one of the best, how well looked after it is Coffee at costa but the shop is closing May 14 due to high rents shame.
Cycle back into town in the afternoon for a walk about and explore.

Walk into town for a change 40 mins. as it may rain later good walkabout again and looked round the castle today £8.00 each a well kept castle.
The shops in town are all decorated ready for the coronation.
Rain this afternoon but FAB entertainment by a novice camper trying to get on his ramps after an Hour one helper 2 grounds men and a wreaked pitch he gave up but he looked level to us.

Walk into Nene Park for coffee before leaving for Warwick. Spotted the lovely small train getting ready for the day.
On arrival we walked up into the town for an initial look.

Good journey across to Peterborough walk about in Nene Park.

Cycle in Peterborough this place is still a bit dire as you can see even the advertising board had an emergency button to call the police ?
Had a look at the cathedral again lovely display on.
Lots of graffiti on our cycle. In the afternoon a cycle to Longthorne tower.

Good drive up then a walk to Sandringham coffee shop.

Coffee again up near the house and a walk round the church as its been shut on previous visits then in the afternoon bus to Kings Lynn.

Cycle round Sandringham eastate coffee then to Castle Rising.

Shopping on our way up to Norwich not a bad journey. Sunny day so sat around for the afternoon. This site has one of my pictures.

Cycle into Norwich in the morning for coffee and a look about and again in the afternoon spotted a great sign on a wall.

Cycle into town and along the river in the morning love this mill it looks great with the trees.
In the afternoon a cycle again to the country park Ugh it rained and we got soaking wet again so some washing (the machine broke down but we managed with some help from the wardens.

Bus to town twice and coffee and walkabouts.
In the afternoon we went to The Botanical Gardens a bit disappointing after the one in Brussels.

A lovely sunny day so a cycle into Cambridge via the airport out for 2 hours spotted these lovely lions on the way.
The Corpus clock is missing due to a vandal attacking the glass with a hammer.
17 – 18 APRIL 2023 Cambridge
Into St Neots in the morning for coffee before driving up to Cambridge. Good drive up calling in for shopping on the way.
After lunch caught the bus into Cambridge for an initial walkabout spotted some lovely Dinosaurs in the grand arcade.
In the evening had a walk round the chalk quarry.
Next day bus into town again had a look round one of the churches coffee and looked around for the streets that we haven’t been down before.
In the afternoon another trip into town by bus again for a walkabout and another evening walk into Cherry Hinton.
14 – 16 APRIL 2023 St Neots
Good drive up to St Neots via Bedford to call in and see friends. A bit of rain so a dirty van AGAIN! The site had some pitches closed as they have been subjected to flooding.
We asked to be close to a toilet block as we is old see below??? we were placed right next to the block FAB we thought but it was closed so we had to still walk to picture 2 below it.
Walks in to town various routes to find new things to see, we found the below mill converted to flats.
Finding graffiti was difficult here.
