Cycle this morning up to the locks at The Great Glen Way Corpach.
Spotted The Harry Potter steam train had a go on it when it was only £23.
The view down Loch Linnhe swam 5 miles up this one day good swim.

Early morning sunrise on the campsite
Out on the Bike for a cycle up into the hills a great ride with FAB views on The West Highland Way.
Back into Tyndrum then headed the other way to my coffee stop at The Artisan Cafe

Checked the washing up area on the site before leaving Ugh from last night.
A good drive over to Fort William 2 sets of road works and 1 crash in Glen Coe by The 3 sisters.
On arrival in Fort William a cycle into town for a look around not much changed a few more shops shut down and Costa Coffee gone.
A lovely start to my stay and caught up with some friends from many years ago lovely to see some still left.
21 August 2026 Tyndrum

Shocked today to see a campers dog poo on a pitch and the owner did not pick it up ????
A good drive up to Tyndrum wonderful scenery and only 2 sets of road works took my time so ok can’t book in until 1400 here.
Up to The Green welly for a coffee n cake amazed at how cheap it was.
On the way back had a look at all the stickers in the motorcycle area.
The site has now changed hands and I was so sad as I stopped here to see friends (owners) from years ago.
The site has changed a barrier now and the washing up was left on the sink all afternoon and the toilet door had no handle to get out you had to stick your finger in the hole Ugh!
20 August 2026 Sterling
The first 2 pictures are from Perth its what made me cycle up to Kinnoull Hill to see the tower as I pass this every time I drive into Perth.
On yesterdays visit to The Coffee Bothey it was so busy they gave me a bleeper to let me know when a table was free. Last time I had one of these was in Lisbon.
Had a cycle into Sterling this time visiting the riverside part of the town (funny vehicle day) I remember these vans been here a few years ago when I cycled round this area.

Another coffee this afternoon. The flower picture I took last time here did not get as BIG as I thought it would.
Parked on a bit of a slope so had to get my friends out to lift me up.

Cycle into Perth the long route in short route back.

Moving day today heading back to Sterling then on up into The Highlands. Saw on the news The Green Welly Shop at Tyndrum up for sale after 60 years WOW. Good drive down rain this afternoon glad a had a cycle this morning.
On doing my washing up this evening a women told me she had bought some food and placed it in the fridge in the washing area to use in the next two days and on coming to get some it all had been stolen.

Good drive up to Perth looks like rain so a washing and jobs day.

Cycle into town this morning the long route 50 mins today coffee and a look around stopped at the chit chat bench not very talkative.
Cycle down the Venalls as usual.
NO! its not my reflection.
In the afternoon pushed the distance and had a ride up into the hills the view over Scotland was fab.
Asked a local about this said it was to stop people parking on the grass outside his house. Cycled back through Perth and the long route back.
A lovely day going somewhere I have not been before and the views XXX
16 August 2026 Dundee
Cycle down to Broughty to see the start of The Kilt Walk this one from Broughty was called The wee Walk.
Stopped on the harbour again and took a pici looking up to The Tay Bridge.
The River Tay is the longest river in Scotland at 119 miles and is one of the five big Scottish salmon rivers
On the second cycle to Broughty stopped to photo this sign it means No DOGS on the beach and yes just as I had took it a dog walker came of the beach.
A few walks to get some shopping the next few sites are out of Towns. Weather cooling and black clouds about.

Coffee before leaving for Dundee a good drive up.
That VW has been on the site for a while.
On arrival had 2 cycles in the afternoon to Broughty Ferry.
