Bus into Stirling again for a walk about and coffee I missed the bus back to the site (the gods) must have wanted me to go back into town to photo this hidden graffiti hidden away but showed me the way.

Back to the site for the bike then a cycle down to Bridge of Allen spotted what looks like a clockwork house.
In the afternoon a cycle down to Menstrie.
and in the afternoon also a coffee again. A good chat with a well traveled women.

The weather is not improving still lots of showers bus up into Edinburgh this morning. Noticed them doing gardening at the gate last time here will save a lot of work getting rid of the bushes and flowers!

An early morning Gun salute at the castle must be because Charles 111 in town this week.
On one of the new electric bus no luggage area at the front now looks like its at the back with the foot rests and only 20 seats downstairs now.

An interesting day bumped into by a foreign tourist (not a pick pocket) called in a bank for a print out (we don’t do printing any more). Called in at Costa for coffee how long do you think it took to get served?

Very busy in Edinburgh so did not stop long. A couple of cycles around Cramond with a call in for some shopping did not go too far as rain promised. Have to put the bike away after each ride due to the amount of bike thefts on site they even stole a car once!

28 June 2026 Edinburgh had a cycle into Berwick for a coffee before leaving for Edinburgh 1Hr 35 mins drive not to bad. Wardens checked who I was so why have a quick check in?
Noticed the exit barrier was missing found out young kids had broken it off to make bike theft easier.
Had a cycle along the seafront noticed The Pitt was very busy and a pop up cycle repair on the prom.
Noticed work still going on at Almond House Cramond check the reviews on this place.

An evening cycle. Then a bad evening started cutting the grass 1700 and just cut outside the van 1830 WHAT (still cutting round the van 1850 so have to shut the door making it 33 inside the van THANKS or as they say in Spain Grassias. no quiet time on this site and the campsite barrier let a vehicle through at 1130 last night.

Managed a cycle for a coffee after lunch (lucky) then put the bike away and listened to the warden cutting the hedge in the afternoon. UGH wish they had electric tools.
Before leaving Seahouses had a walk down the harbor then cycled down for a coffee at Beadnell Hall these houses are nice but to close to the beach and sea.
On arrival site busy given a pitch with a lovely view but not to good. So next morning moved.
Had a good cycle into town and coffee again then an evening cycle along the sea front.
Next morning cycle into town to hot to walk a lovely breeze on the bike felt a bit cold.

This boat made from old wood has been here a while. There used to be a ford where the bridge is and it took Oliver Cromwell’s army 7 weeks to cross when attacking Scotland must have been a lot of men and equipment WOW.
