Had a walk down to the lake this morning passed the small boating lake to the real thing.
The flowers in Hope park are still doing good.
Market day and it looks like they are getting the Christmas light ready. A lovely sunny day with lots of walkabouts.

Coffee at The cheese factory with Wallis and Grommet then spotted an unusual thing in the washing up area.
A good drive up through the lakes but lots of road works. On arrival to Keswick the best coffee I have had for weeks with friends.

Only takeaways 7 October due to staff problems (Get a grip Costa)
Back in Hawes coffee in Fodders before leaving a good drive up but country roads are a bit muddy at this time of the year.
Washing today nice big machine here. Coffee at The Creamery not bad for a change just busy with tourists.
Because there is no food waste bins in the washing up area on some sites people have started throwing there food waste under the bushes outside the toilet block here in Hawes UGH!

Meeting up with friends on a morning for coffee and chat disaster again this time in Starbucks Wetherby road. Ordered 3 Latte in take away cup made us 2 in cups and said that’s all we ordered until the girl was told by the girl on the till. Waited 15 mins for the order and we were 2nd in he que the lady in front told the staff she was never coming there again. Cars in the drive through were constantly turning round and driving off a Misérables experience in Harrogate.
In the afternoon had a cycle round Horbeam Park.
There is a massive Truck auction on soon.
5 October 2024 Harrogate
Sotted on my morning walkabout.
Met friends for coffee at Costa Harrogate this is the 3 bad coffee in 4 days Costa needs to get a grip this one was cold so we took 2 of our 3 drinks back yes and you guest it came back 2 hot.
In the afternoon had a cycle into Harrogate and called in for a Starbucks and yes it was good and I got super service you can see why from the below picture think I will go again.
I wonder what this says?

Had a walk into York this morning early and saw them just bringing the tourists boats to the town center mooring all engines running.
Noticed a restaurant that stats a good time to eat is anytime.
I have been coming here for years and never spotted this lamp post before not very observant Eh!
A good drive over to Harrogate with some shopping at Monks Cross.
Coffee with friends and Cake yum Yum.

Had another Costa in a different branch in YOrk Ugh! what is wrong Costa the milk was so hot destroying the taste that I could have come back next week and it would have been just right for drinking.
Had another couple of walkabouts today and spotted some more ghosts.

A good walk about this morning managed to spot a couple of the ghosts most of them seem to be in paid for attractions.
Whilst a muddy walk into town was wondering where the BIG wheel was and it appears.
Managed a good Starbucks this morning and in the afternoon a good coffee at Pret Manger.
As usual Betties starts getting busy early.
Managed to see one of the only bikes in York that never get stolen.
Love these paintings outside the Spark food court.
Must be getting close to home when I see a street name like this!

Before leaving I whent through the check list of getting ready to go for a coffee.

On arrival in York had a walk into town to look at the new Ghost sculpture walk. Couldn’t find any. So went for a Costa coffee Ugh what a horrible experience.
Found some where NOT to live.

Just spent a few days in another dimension where things have been so lovely had a short break from moving around a couple of cycles and lots of coffee.
