Cycle into town and the seafront first thing coffee then a cycle up to The Honey Farm and across the chain bridge to Scotland.

Had a coffee once on the bus intereasting.

In the afternoon an  other cycle into town and around then an evening cycle after tea it has been a windy, misty day so stayed cool.
