WARWICK CAMPSITE HAD POWER ISSUES AND WAS RUNNING OF A GENERATOR PLUGED INTO A SUB STATION… HEATER WOULD NOT GET ABOVE 12 AND TOASTER HAD TO BE TURNED UP FULL TO GET THE BREAD LIGHTLY TOASTED…
Bus into Leamington Spa in the morning more to look around than Stratford !

Drive down to Cheltenham this morning good roads. Arrived lunch then a bus in to Cheltenham Ice rink in a different place this year.

Wow the berries are massive for the birds here.
A horrible drive down again the roads down here are horrible. On arrival a walk into Warwick not a lot happening looked for things happening and it did not tell me a lighted tractor show that came past about 1800 so missed it ugh!

Argh the toilet block this morning one naked man at sink another came out of shower in underpants to use toilet Ugh I don’t get it.

Bus into Stratford on Avon for a walk about and coffee and looking for interesting pictures.

A bad day raining until 1400 so did my washing in the morning then managed to get into town to see the lights and a coffee.
The campsite was flooded just outside the North Pole lights
Spotted these unusual sticks
No 1 SINGING
No 2 Playing a VIOLIN
No 3 ONE STICK TRYING TO HIDE BEHIND ANOTHER !
Then we have had a power cut for 2 Hours UGH
Not only do I think mince pies are tasty they think I am as well????
Bus into town this morning walkabout went to look for the grave of Scrooge in St Chads graveyard.
Looks as though it could be spooky on a night.
Back into town in the afternoon as we are going to have some bad weather tomorrow.
On the way back noticed this lovely family dancing on the grass before they leaf the site later. XXX

Wet drive down from Southport over the Mersey Toll got her in a black van so a fast wash in the rain back to white now. Noticed the standard of driving today awful lots of wobbly cars mobile phone ? 1 crash…bad overtaking moan moan moan.
Very wet so a fast shop up the road Coop Ugh costly. To many cars in the Park and ride to go into town this late in the afternoon.
When you look at the light display on this campsite in 2020 and now ??? don’t get it what has caused such a change.

A few days in Keswick spending time with friends before leaving for Southport a good drive down wet Ugh dirty van day.
A walk into Southport to look at the Christmas lights and the Ginger man trail.

This years 2025 journey starts on my way to Spain. Stopped of in Keswick for a couple of days lovely coffee then a walk round the Christmas Market not to busy.

Lovely sunny day a washing, shopping and walkies day. Noticed some awful Parking in Asda.

Couple of walks down to the sea front looks lovely when the tide is in.
Tarmac work going well Opps they forgot one of their tools.
The visitors to the area will have to have good bladders over winter.
