Walk into town for coffee before leaving for York called in at Monks cross for some shopping. York is still full of road works and road closures Ugh. Walk into York twice in the afternoon for a look around very busy don’t like busy. As you can see from the below picture they are prepared for rain.

A couple of walkabouts in town was so surprised not to see any Yarn Bombing in town.

Because all the people are using the grass next to my pitch for their dogs tp Pee and Poo I decided to walk round it !!!!! and yes I did stand in something Argh? Must have got out of bed the wrong way dangerous in a motorhome fell out of the window anyway on the cycle way into town every body walking on it instead of the footpath Argh. Anyway on arrival at Costa they said my card is no longer in use and must use the app. Complained to Costa as this store Stockton High Street is a dump filthy needs closing down and replacing with a Starbucks Avoid.
Cycle into Stockton again before leaving for Thirsk its a mad week end again with bad campers. Arrived 2 mins early what a look I got from the lady warden Ugh?

This Dun Cow is popping up all over Warwick, Durham and now a pub in Stockton so looked up the meaning !
The story goes that the Dun Cow was a huge cow, the size of a double decker bus, and originated from Shropshire. She was able to supply milk to all who needed it, but one day a witch milked the Dun Cow into a sieve. This enraged the cow who broke free, wreaking terror across the landscape.
Cycle into Stockton this morning this place is an amazing place for people watching Police , Ambulance’s, drunks, druggies wow.
Every time I come here I get chased by this lot?
Impressive building.
Another cycle into town in the afternoon have been here a few times but have never seen this it was fabulous you should look it up on YouTube.

Into town for a coffee before leaving for Stockton on Tees. A short drive so some shopping.

Into Durham for a coffee first thing spotted the below in the shopping precinct.
Good drive down stopped at Curry’s to buy a vacuum cleaner for the van.
This bridge was just been built last time I was here so had a cycle over it in the afternoon then some washing.

Unlike Tynmouth I only cycled to the half moon and back must be that time of the month.
In the afternoon a short cycle here leaving the campsite to a roundabout on the A1M is a lot doggy.

Coffee n cake in Whitley Bay and some shopping before leaving for Durham not a long drive. 2 Motorhomes in front on arrival but took 12 mins to get booked in ?
Cycle in the afternoon to get a new battery for my electric Rubbee cycle assist.
Next morning bus into Durham for a walkabout a lovely day. Love the name on the street below.
In the market I bumped into a relative (Darionosaurus Rex) thanks for the info Linda great knowledge. In the afternoon cleaned and fitted new battery to Rubbee sensor then a short cycle.

Very cold windy day so into town by bus for a walk about then a washing day before moving.
The railway station here is a fab looking building.
On the seafront I noticed someone had managed to put a complete bike over the top of one of the lampposts you can see how big they are.
Entertainment this morning was provided by mountain bikes popping wheelies and an scooter driving at high speed in the shopping center and the Security trying to catch them in a high speed chase an interesting place Whitley Bay always some crime going on every time I come here.

Still windy and dull so bus into town then stayed on it coming back as I have never caught a bus to Blyth before. On arrival disappointed as usual and first thing had to help a women that had fallen it took 3 of us to get her up..she was OK.
Spotted an old style pub.
Noticed something happening on the sea front so cycled back down for a look.
In the afternoon a cycle into town again sunny but still very windy.
As usual a couple of cycles and a walk into town a tower day today
