What a lovely cold and frosty morning -7 Overnight

6 – 8 December 2017 Brighton

Trip up to Eastbourne by BUS we love the pier here.

Next day Maureen did the racecourse run then it rained until lunchtime, we then went into Brighton for the afternoon.

Shopping with the van today then caught the bus to Hove and walked back along the seafront where we saw a dog chasing a FOX!

4 -5  December  2017 Brighton

Walk into Brighton again and a wander along the pier then up in to town. Maureen bought some new trousers.

back to the van for lunch and finished cleaning the fresh water tank. Down to Brighton Marina to see Justice League film (Very Good) we enjoyed it.

Tuesday  Maureen had a run then we had a wander about down at the the Marina.

3rd  December  2017 Brighton

Weather a bit warmer so Maureen had a run on the Downs next to the Racecourse. Walked into Brighton for coffee. A new zip wire where the wheel used to be looks good.

2^nd  December  2017 Brighton

Moved up to Brighton this morning after calling round at Calor to fill up the gas tanks, we have used nearly a tank full due to the temperature traveling down England. Had a walkabout in Brighton ever so busy. Some sort of practice going on with Air Ambulance and Coast Guard Helicopters today.

30^th – 1^st  December  2017

Moved up to Portsmouth! This campsite has now got to its sell by date, tired and dated has now been joined by DIRTY and expensive not value for money will have to find some place new. Been into Portsmouth both days one by bus and Ferry next day by train while motorhome in for Damp proof test and Door repair. Love Portsmouth XX had a walk up to Billy Mannings  at  Southsea and a good walk about.

29^th November 2017 – Wells

Lovely day so back into Wells for our second look around, Bishops palace closed but had a walk round its walls. Covered nearly all of Wells in 2 days enjoyed our stay. Good campsite.

Road outside campsite closed overnight for road works so no traffic. (O goody) Tarmac section outside site done by 0130 am but didn’t keep us awake.

Good short drive down to Wookey caves unfortunately would have to wait 45 mins. for next tour so gave it a miss this time. Booked into a lovely 5 star Premier park (Adults Only)

Walk into Wells to look at the Cathedral and shops.

27^th November 2017 – Bristol

SS great Britain this morning good to look around great history lesson. Caught ferry into Bristol a look about again not a bad shopping town.

26^th November 2017 – Bristol

Lovely sunny frosty day for our drive down to Aerospace, Bristol. Very interesting museum, well worth a visit.

Arrived Baltic Wharf campsite, light lunch, then caught the ferry into Bristol City Centre. Looked around the Cathedral but part closed for Students Inauguration. Familiarised ourselves with layout of city for a trip in tomorrow.
