Coffee and a walk into Calpe and along the sea front said goodby to a few friends and left for Valencia at 1100 a good drive up arriving at 1230. Lunch then a cycle into town it takes about 35 mins.
Heard all the fireworks and saw the smoke and heard the bangs so set of for the street it was coming from.

They build massive art forms some reaching 30 – 40 feet in Hight from foam and then set fire to them.
Pushed the bike through the streets as far as the Bull Ring, railway station then on into the main square. Was going to stop for a coffee but some friends sent me one and lots and lots of cakes on an email (I have put a stone in weight on just reading it He He) so I didn’t bother.
I came back down through the park.
An evening walk to the beach you have to be alert as this is a huge Dogging area.

It is possible to see lots of legless brits in Benidorm but it is also possible to see legless frogs as well (Keep your eyes open they POP if stood on)
