Weather not looking to good this morning so decided to do my washing a day early some pictures from yesterday. The one below is a community information point FAB.

Took this to show you the lovely weather but not a hot day. 1800 its only 15 degrees.

Its a while since I put a count the swans picture!

Managed a cycle for a coffee after lunch (lucky) then put the bike away and listened to the warden cutting the hedge in the afternoon. UGH wish they had electric tools.

Before leaving Seahouses had a walk down the harbor then cycled down for a coffee at Beadnell Hall these houses are nice but to close to the beach and sea.

On arrival site busy given a pitch with a lovely view but not to good. So next morning moved.

Had a good cycle into town and coffee again then an evening cycle along the sea front.

Next morning cycle into town to hot to walk a lovely breeze on the bike felt a bit cold.

This boat made from old wood has been here a while. There used to be a ford where the bridge is and it took Oliver Cromwell’s army 7 weeks to cross when attacking Scotland must have been a lot of men and equipment WOW.

Looks like rain so bus into town first thing seen some lovely flowers again.

Another football mad pub.

What a horrible journey I think I may end up putting this site on my NO GO list the roadworks on the narrow village roads have been terrible over the last few years and diversions UGH### added another 30 mins again.

Walk around in town and down the harbor then a free coffee in The Ocean Club.

A cycle up to Tynemouth this morning early so I can look round the market in the railway station again. Lots of people swimming to keep cool.

On entering Tynemouth noticed this pub (must show a lot of football)

Because its the summer solstice and I mentioned chase the sun yesterday I thought it would be ok to cycle to the moon and back again. I know boring Ha Ha.

After lunch cycle down to Blyth again then a cycle in the evening up to Whitley and St Margret’s lighthouse

Woke up at 0300 by lots of people using the shower block found out they were here for The Chase the Sun cycle event starting at 0430 at Tynemouth and finishing in Aberdeen. Also a second cycle event I passed on my way to Blyth The Seahouses to Tynemouth.

Cycle into Tynemouth and  back through Whitley Bay for a coffee NO NOT THE MOON AND BACK but I did pass a shop that had a name that suited my personality.

On my way back spotted some yarn bombing that suited the  shop it was outside.

3 times i cycled down to Blyth to see what was happening at the free music festival it was fantastic to see such a good community show. The Bay City Rollers act was on at some point. and a group called D:Ream. (Things Can Only Get Better)

Fun fair was just been set up.

Bus into town this morning for coffee n shopping spotted some lovely poppies by the bus stop even managed to get a bee coming in to land. click image for BIG.

Had a cycle into Whitley Bay for a look round yes I know all types of friends all over.

After lunch a cycle down to Blyth they are just setting up for a free open air concert for tomorrow with a top band may be worth a visit at some time.

Weather looks a bit ugh so not much happening had a good chat with warden friends man in accident yesterday 3 broken ribs OUCH!

Cycle across the tees barrage into Stockton and down to  Thornaby not been before. I think I have cycled all these bridges.

I saw them painting this yesterday lovely.

An hour drive up through the Tyne Tunnel decided to do some washing but was held up for a while due to an accident on site a caravan shot down the site taking its owner with it and came to rest on the side of a motorhome with him underneath it. !hr 5mins later an ambulance arrived not to badly hurt but took away in the Ambulance. Not much else going on its started raining. UGH!

Headed into Scarborough on the bike but started to rain so turned and went to Filey for a coffee.

A long drive so left the site at 1100 but due to road closed again was closed 1 month ago so took me 21/2 hours for a 1hour 25 mins trip. On arrival pointed to the pitch I wanted to save coming back for the barrier card the warden told me the pitch number gave me the card and on arriving on the pitch she had got the number wrong so had to go back to change the card ###

After lunch a cycle into Stockton the picture below is to open this weekend its took forever to build. I got told off for cycling on the cycle path ###

Cycle 1 into Scarborough its lovely to see that the yarn bombers have managed to over come the problem with the new solar panels on the post box.

Cycle 4 had a cycle along the cliffs at Cayton to see how the ban on motorhome parking was doing. NOT GOOD
