Yesterday 2 nd August had a cycle in town then some shopping in Workington then carried on to a very SPECIAL friends BIRTHDAY (great) lovely to see all the family again XX

3 August 2025 Keswick Rain first thing then a cycle into town to help a friend he is not looking to well at the moment (you need to eat more when work done he treat me to lunch I mean coffee an cake in a terrible COSTA in Keswick.

In the afternoon another cycle into town to Derwent water lake saw a couple more friends today WOW
