Morning cycle into Scarborough still a UGH! town had a cycle round the headland from the town to the North beach amazing views and interesting information plaques.

I see Dr Who is here again!

Decided to have an early shower due to there only been 2 in the block turned the shower on nice and warm then went cold then went scalding hot a burned me repressed the button and it kept doing this every time and thanks shower for wetting my shoes and socks. (THE WORST SHOWER EVER IN 18 YEARS).

In the afternoon another cycle along the North Bay a lovely hot sunny day.
