Out on the Bike for a cycle up into the hills a great ride with FAB views on The West Highland Way.

Back into Tyndrum then headed the other way to my coffee stop at The Artisan Cafe

Checked the washing up area on the site before leaving Ugh from last night.

A good drive over to Fort William 2 sets of road works and 1 crash in Glen Coe by The 3 sisters.

On arrival in Fort William a cycle into town for a look around not much changed a few more shops shut down and Costa Coffee gone.

A lovely start to my stay and caught up with some friends from many years ago lovely to see some still left.
