Last night thought I would have a short? cycle along the river and I was inspired by the route so decided to go all the way to Middlesbrough wow what a fab ride  and the town was so quiet like Stockton

70 years ago was the last time I went across this bridge wow FAB to be back.

This morning cycled into Stockton and again at lunchtime to see The Stockton Flyer.

Back for some shopping and coffee on the industrial estate this is one of the few in England that has a sign in the premises warning violence will not be torrerated.

Thought I would get a couple of Sausage rolls while here (Normal price £2.70 in here £3.10 ###)

On the way back from Middlesbrough chased by these.
